Fired Up Friday is basically a blog post dedicated to things that have inspired me over the past week. Whether it's a photo, a song, a quote from a book or a poem. Anything that caused any sort of spark in me, I'll post it for y'all to see and maybe get some inspiration off of, too. Most of the time I doubt I'll post why that specific thing inspired me, because let's face it, it's hard to put into words why certain things inspire us. And even if we could, it may not make sense to anybody else.
So without rambling on any further, here is my Fired Up Friday for the week. Enjoy. :)
Mini eggplants
I took these photos when I was in Mississippi at the beginning of the year. I loved them so much I framed them and put them above our couch so I always feel like I'm home.
Candles in old churches. (This picture was taken at the St. Louis Cathedral when I was in New Orleans for ALA this summer.)

I know! I found out about them this week and thought they were the cutest things ever! I'm not sure that I like eggplant, but I think I'd like these because of the cuteness factor! ;)
